Shipping and Delivery

At Savon Fina  we strive to make your delivery a positive experience. We take pride in making sure your order arrives to your destination as quickly and safely as possible. Most in stock items are shipped with tracking via Expedited Post from our warehouse in Ontario, Canada 1-4 days from receipt of your order and should arrive to you within 3-9 business days to most Canadian addresses. Sometimes items ordered may be out of stock. In that case you will be informed and they will be refunded and removed from your order. If you have been informed that your order has shipped and it has not arrived within the expected time frame, please contact us with your order number, name, and phone number. Any product that is lost in shipping will be reshipped without extra cost to you. Shipping and handling charges are subject to applicable taxes.   

Returned Shipments

If a parcel is returned to Savon Fina due to an incorrect address provided by the purchaser or the recipient having moved we will contact you immediately.  The parcel may then be re-shipped at an additional freight cost or cancelled. *All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable however.*

Please check your addresses carefully, paying special attention to street numbers and postal codes. Also, please make sure to provide the recipient's phone number so that we may confirm the address if necessary.
